no worries i just changed it to ALT-K , everything is all good now. I don't lock tasks often anyway except for sensitive date reminders which I fear I may accidentally delete. thanks!

I seldom use this other software now (ever since ToDoList/NotePad++) other than for a "temporary holding" before I cut and paste called ATNotes (it's a yellow post-it-note desktop) also, is there a feature where if I delete a task, it goes into a "Recycle Bin" , so in case of any accidental deletion...

I have hotkey "K" set as "locK task" , so that usually works fine if I were to select TASK and doesn't affect my typing. but inside this spreadsheet function, the K is gone, so yes I am typing "I am unable to loc* the tas* and *eeping my wor* saved." kinda situation.
