Cannot paste task as reference

Hi Dan,
I come back on a bug I already escalated and which is not solved.
In some cases, it's impossible to paste a task as a reference (the option is disabled).
This bug was not present on the version 8.
After some investigations, I found it happens when a special character like "é, è, à, ..." is in the file path.
