Adding Logged Task Time on a NAS

Hi together,
I want to add time in the "Time Task Time". After pressing the Apply - or OK-button the following message appears:

"ToDoList 8.2.7.0
The log file couldn´t be updated.
Please ensure that the file is not already open for editing and that you have the correct permissions and the try again."

I tried to find a logfile (.csv) but I can´t find it.

Tools > Analyse Log Time ... and View Task Log File is grey written

2023-01-14: Update:
The tdl-file is stored on a NAS. I took a copy to the lokal PC-HDD and - IT WORKS - both with and without version control (check in check out).

Is there a setting option for this or is it "system-related"?

There have been a few problems with NAS-storage over the years which I've not been able to reproduce partly due to not having a NAS or a way of emulating one.
