MyLifeOrganized import not working

I have MyLifeOrganized, and I have data files in both v5 and v6 of MLO.
I have tried several different files for import, but all of them produce this error message (H: is a network volume, but I have tried it on a local disk, too):

'H:\documents\Planning\KLF_Operations.ml' could not
be opened for importing.

Check that you have the necessary permissions and that
the file is not open in another application.

This is just a long shot until you get a response from the expert.

But you could try running TDL as administrator then trying to import the file. Just a wild shot.
