TDL 7.3DP8 - toolbar for comments Topic is solved

When switching in the comments from "Text" to "Rich text" it switched also the toolbar for formatting - on/off.

When switching to "HTML", it does nothing and keeps the current setting of the toolbar.

Bug or feature?

Don't quite understand. Can you give me the specific steps to reproduce this please?
