To few entries in "Edit Bar"

Dear all,
I hope somebody can help me with the following issue:
I see less entries in the bar below the task list, I would call it the "edit bar".
The first attached picture shows the list of attributes, when I create a new task list:
The second picture shows the longer list of attributes,
which I would expect to see all the times,
and is shown with all older todo lists.
I am thinking there is a dependency between the attributes shown with tasks,
and the entries in the "edit bar".
Unfortunately I could not figure out if this assumption is true.

which I would expect to see all the times,
and is shown with all older todo lists.

and the entries in the "edit bar".
Unfortunately I could not figure out if this assumption is true.
