Hello,
the reminders come a certain time after the program starts. Can I set this time somewhere?

Sorry, I don't quite understand the question.

The reminders are checked every 1 minute in 8.2.7 and every 10 seconds in 8.3.0, so that's when they will reappear when the app has been restarted.
