Hello, could you kindly help me handling a question:
The file link of file folder can't be open, and there will be a pop-up window like the attached picture showed.

3. The method you are using to 'open' it

1. The softerware revision is 8.3.11.0.
2. One of them is: D:\E-M\attachments

1. Can you tell me if there's any problem with something more obvious like "C:\Windows"?
2. What version of Windows are you using?

Hi. I have tested the "C:\Windows". It still can't work, and the pop-up window is the same as before.
The Windows version I'm using is Windows 7 professional with service pack 1.

Unfortunately it works okay for me on Windows 7 so I'm not sure what else I can do:

I wonder if it could be security-related because links are effectively requests to run other applications.
Something to help test this is to create a 'task link' in your comments and see if that works okay because this uses a different method of execution.
Also you could try running TDL 'as administrator' to see if that makes any difference.
