I started to use this software many years ago, and then due to a job change, I stopped using it. About a year ago, I started to use it again, but contrary to the old version I was using, I am no longer able to send tasks by email.
For an unknow reason, the software opens up a window with a message indicating (unfortunately in French): "Serveur occupé - Impossible de terminer cette action, car l'autre programme est occupé. Choisissez Basculer vers pour activer le programme occupé et corriger le problème.", which roughly means: “Server busy - Unable to complete this action, as the other program is busy. Choose Switch to to activate the busy program and correct the problem.”
Even if select "Basculer vers... - Switch to..." and I choose Outlook (Microsoft 365), or I choose Restart, nothing happens. It hangs up and there is no way to close the Window. The only way to terminate it is to kill the software with the Task Manager.
Is there any settings in the software I must change or a .ini file to modify to make it functional?
I really love this software, and I would really like to make it work. But, if there is no way for me to better collaborate with my colleagues, then I will probably have to choose another one...something that I won't really like to do.
By the way, do you plan to make an intranet version of this version? That would be so wonderful.

The 'Server busy' message may also be 'MS Word' if you are using 'Rich Text' comments and the 'Rich Text > Use MS Word for content format conversion' preference (the gear icon on its own toolbar) is enabled.

The software already has rudimentary LAN-sharing capabilities:

I rarely use "Rich Text format", and I tried to find a "content format conversion" in the settings withtout success.
No matther the format I choose in the "Email Selected Tasks..." the software behave in the same way, and gives me the same message; "Server busy..." . The option "MS Word" is not in the option list either.

Unfortunately I don't know what else to suggest.
Q1: Is this a work machine, and, if so, could the problem relate to permissions somehow?
Q2: Are you able to try another machine?
Q3: Can you try the solutions on this page please?
