Settings are not loaded when start ToDoList Topic is solved

ToDoList 7.2.22.0 (Stable Release) on Win10 x64.
Whenever I start ToDoList.exe it asks the Prefered Language and starts with empty task list.

Application is installed on "C:\Program Files (x86)" and settings file is in "C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Abstractspoon\ToDoList".
I can see that file is updated when I change settings.

But when I quit the app and reopen it, some of my settings are not correct. For example "Global hotkey" setting is correct but "Minimise when Escape" is not checked (even if I check it, save the prerfs as Admin, quit the app)

Most annoying part is my lists are not loaded even "Restore prev. open tasklists on startup" is checked (it keep its state but doesn't load the lists)

My lists are not in MRU.
I enabled the log, but it doesn't keep its state so if quit & open the app, I see no startup logs.
I tried with and without running the app as Administrator.

Any idea how can I give more details, anyone else having similar issue?

I would experiment with installing it to a folder in the root of 'C:\' just to see if Windows is interfering because it's installed in 'Program Files (x86)'.

You can enable startup logging by appending '-g' to the commandline of a shortcut.
