Unexpected Check Out after saving User Defined Tool

Hello,

I found a bug in ToDoList 7.2.15.0 (Stable Release).

My ToDo-File is on a network drive and multiple users have access to the file.
I open ToDoList and the ToDo-File is not checked out (It is in read-only mode).

When I go to the settings, edit my User Defined Tool and save the changes (Button "OK"), then the ToDo-File is checked out.
This happens always, also after I closed ToDoList, opened ToDoList, went to the settings, went to the page "User Defined Tool" and pressed OK.
Daniel, tell me if you need more details to reproduce the bug.

Best regards

OLLI
