Time duration triples the timing

Hello,
When I set the start date of a task and the duration of 30 min, the system calculates the end time 1.5hrs later; if I set it to 10 min - the calculation is setting 30 min. What is happening?

You haven't given me much to go on...

Can you record a bug report (Help > Record Bug Report) and attach it to this thread please...
