Ticking off a task by hotkey

Hi!
I use ToDoList 7.2.17.0 (Stable Release) on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise (OS Version: 10.0.17134 N/A Build 17134).
When I press CTRL+SHIFT+SPACE to tick off a task I see no tick itself, it appears only when cursor moves to another task.
Look at GIF, first I press hotkey to tick off a task and nothing happens, then press [DOWN] to select another task and then task title goes green and tick appears:

Here is ToDoList.ini with two files opened and bug with tick off can be reproduce.
(UPD: I edit this file by hand, delete all sections with private info, such as filenames or filepaths)

Confirm this bug in 7.2.19. In my config check-boxes are hidden, and "strike-through completed tasks" option enabled. Can't make screenshot, because strike-through appears when todolist window loses focus. ini-file attached.
