Show Project Name Field
Displays the edit control for editing the Project title

Maximize Tasklist
Hides all editing controls (including the comments field) except for the Project Name field and active Task View.

Note: You can choose to have the comments field always visible via the preferences.

Maximize Comments
Hides all editing controls (including the active Task View) except for the Project Name field and Task Comments.

Toggle between Task Tree and List View
Allows fast switching between the Task tree and the list view.

Next Task View
Activates the next task Task View in the order shown in the Task View Tab Bar. When the last tab is reached, activation returns to the the Task Tree.

Toggle between Tasks and Comments
Allows fast switching between the Task tree/list view (depending on which is active) and the comments field.

Previous Tasklist
Activates the previous open tasklist if you have more than one open.

Next Tasklist
Activates the next open tasklist if you have more than one open.

Move Tasklist Tab Left
Moves the active tasklist tab one place to the left, unless it is already in the leftmost position.

Move Tasklist Tab Right
Moves the active tasklist tab one place to the right, unless it is already in the rightmost position.

Order Tabs by Name
Orders the tasklist tabs alphabetically.

Note: you can choose to have ToDoList always keep the tabs in alphabetic order via the preferences.

Expand

• All Tasks
  Expands all tasks in the Task Tree so every task is visible.
• Selected Tasks
  Expands only the selected task(s) in the Task Tree.
• Due Tasks
  Expands all due (and overdue) tasks in the Task Tree.
• Started Tasks
  Expands all tasks with a start date on or earlier than 'today' in the Task Tree.

Collapse

• All Tasks
  Collapses all tasks in the Task Tree so that only top-level tasks are visible.
• Selected Tasks
  Collapses only the selected task(s) in the Task Tree.
• Due Tasks
  Collapses all due (and overdue) tasks in the Task Tree.
• Started Tasks
  Collapses all tasks with a start date on or earlier than 'today' in the Task Tree.

Toggle Task Expanded State
Alternately expands and collapses the currently selected task(s).

Filter…
Displays the Filter Tasks Dialog which is simply an alternative to using the filter bar if, for instance, you have the filter bar hidden to save screen real estate.

Clear Filter
Clears the filter for the active tasklist so that all tasks are displayed.

Toggle Filter
Toggles the current filter on and off, if you need to quickly see tasks that are not part of your current filter.

Refresh Filter
Updates the filter on the active tasklist. Useful if you have made a change to the tasklist which would be reflected by the current filter.

Note: this action is only necessary if you have turned off automatic re-filtering in the preferences.
